A perfect ferrata to start

Located 2 km from the town of Bierge and on the banks of the Isuala river next to a small gorge, the “Peñas Juntas” ferrata is ideal for those without previous experience who wish to start this activity including the little ones (from 7 years).

The route lasts approximately one and a half hours and consists of an approach march, a via ferrata itinerary and a return march.

The ferrata itinerary alternates 3 Tibetan bridges of 6, 8 and 25 meters, thanks to which we will cross the river, and staples attached to the rock that will serve as steps to ascend the vertical walls.

We call Tibetan bridges those traditional structures that were used in Tibet to cross rivers, canyons, etc. and that they are made up of three ropes: two upper ones to hold us with our hands and a lower one where we will walk.

All this located in a place that is worth knowing!

Description of the activity

At the established departure time it will be necessary to be at the door of the office with your own vehicle to collect the material and meet the guide who will accompany us throughout the tour.
Remember the food, water and sneakers!

From the office we will follow the guide’s car to the parking lot where the activity begins, from where we will make an approach walk.

From the parking lot we made an approach march.

Once in the ferrata we will put on the harness and ENJOY THE FERRATA…
